Junior Alabi is a versatile actor and dancer of Latin and Asian heritage, raised in San Francisco and now based in Los Angeles. Known for his dynamic performances, Junior has showcased his talents onstage and onscreen across the US, Canada and beyond.
As a dancer and choreographer, Junior gained international recognition alongside his sister Emily Alabi on seasons 3 and 12 of America’s Got Talent. Together, they have traveled the world as an 8-time National and International Salsa Dance Champion duo, captivating audiences with their groundbreaking “Electro Salsa” style. Their performances have graced stages from salsa congresses to collaborations with stars like Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara and Marc Anthony.
Junior’s acting credits include roles in films like 4 Horsemen: Apocalypse and Chef directed by Jon Favreau, as well as appearances on Austin and Ally, Shake It Up, Jane the Virgin and the Oscars. Recently, he starred as a series regular in CPIC’s original series Chutney Manor and voiced a character in Amazon Studios’ international series Dom Season 3.
In addition to performing, Junior co-founded My Dance Mentor with Emily, inspiring the next generation of dancers through workshops, online courses, and mentorship programs.
