Latin Dance Class and Social with Global Dance Collective

About this event

Latin Dance Class and Social with Global Dance Collective is a welcoming Thursday dance event upstairs at Molly Malone’s Irish Pub in Townsville that combines a structured class with an open social session.

The evening begins with a Latin dance class suitable for beginners and improvers, focusing on accessible steps and partner connection.

The class starts at 6:30 PM, followed by social dancing from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM. After the class, the night transitions into a social dance where participants can enjoy a mix of Salsa, Bachata, Tango, and Kizomba in a relaxed atmosphere.

The event is designed for dancers to attend solo or with friends, and partners are rotated during the class to encourage learning and community connection.

Hosted by Global Dance Collective, the event emphasizes inclusivity, fun, and social interaction through dance.

Admission is A$17 for the class, A$22 for the class and social, or A$5 for the social only. Participants are encouraged to check the official event listing or contact the organizer directly for any updates regarding schedule, pricing, or venue details.
