Mambonova Dance Company, one of the top ‘On2’ salsa dance teams in the South Bay, is hosting auditions for their training and performance teams this Sunday. The auditions will be held at Cheryl Burke dance studio in Mountain View, which is also where the team practices. The auditions begin at 1pm.
Mambonova has multiple levels of teams for dancers of all levels, from their On2 training team which focuses on basic salsa technique, to their professional performance team. Dancers will be placed on the appropriate team based on how they perform at the audition.
This season of Mambonova will be co-directed by ESPN salsa World Champion Michelle Castro, who is sure to bring her dance experience and ladies styling expertise to the team.
