The finals of MamboNova’s Salsa Dance Competition took place this past Saturday, and the results are in! 7 couples competed against each other at Dance Boulevard in San Jose, with $900 in cash plus prizes including free passes to the SF Bachata Festival and the Las Vegas Salsa Congress up for grabs.
These were the final standings at the end of the night (as judged by David & Jennifer Stein from San Diego and Ava Apple of San Francisco):
1st Place: Derek Marrero & Keesha Roberts
2nd Pleace: Jesus Cruz & Kristen Nowakowski
3rd Place: Gabriel and Amanda Hanes
