DJ DannyG

DJ DannyG (aka Danny Gutierrez) is a local DJ based out of the SF Bay Area. Danny has been DJing since 1984 in different clubs throughout the Bay Area, and his goal is to reach as many dancers as possible with his music. DJ DannyG plays Latin music of different styles including salsa, bachata, merrengue, chachacha, and Latin beats. DJ DannyG has played at major salsa events across the country, including the Portland Salsa Congress, Dallas Salsa Congress, Seattle Salsa Congress, Los Angeles Salsa Congress, and many more.

His philosophy, in the words of his mentor Willie Martinez, is “tiene que ser Salsa Pa’l Bailador” or “it must be salsa for the dancers”.
