Overview:
A special social hosted at Dance Boulevard in San Jose, with all proceeds going to support students from SJSU, Santa Clara, Stanford, Sac State, and UC Davis who will be representing the Bay Area at the 6th Annual College Salsa Congress.
Colombian-style salsa lessons at 7:30pm, followed by dancing until the wee hours of the morning. Special performances by local college salsa teams and dance teams.

Our Review:
Students from SJSU, Stanford, Santa Clara, UC Davis, and Sacramento are going to be representing NorCal at the 6th annual College Salsa Congress in May, and this event is a big fundraiser for their trip.
The event is at Dance Boulevard, the same studio that hosts Hot Salsa Saturday and the Mambonova Social, which is a really great venue. There are going to be a ton of college students as well as local salseros at the event, making this one of the largest salsa events of the month.
There will be Colombian-style salsa lessons at the beginning of the evening, so if you ever wanted to learn fast Colombian footwork, this is your chance! There will also be special shows by several college salsa teams in preparation for their big competition.
Come out and support college salsa dancing! The cost is just $10 or $5 with student ID.
